All bookings are to be secured with a payment.

Unfortunately, due to allergies we do not allow pets or animals inside the holiday cottages.

Check in - Check out

Unless otherwise agreed, check-in is permitted from 14:00 pm and we kindly ask that all guests depart by no later than 10:00am.

Guests under 18: Please note that all guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by adults during their stay. We reserve the right to refuse entry to Little Park Holiday Homes to anyone who is under the age of 18.

 

Safety

We allow for extra cleaning and ventilation in the rooms including making sure that common surfaces, toilets door handles etc. are wiped clean using disinfectant.

We have a strict non smoking policy of any tobacco/vaping or any other substances. Guest who breach this policy by smoking will be charged penalties of up to £150.00 cleaning fees.  

Any individual who appears under the influence of drugs and alcohol or displays behaviour that makes any guest or staff feel uncomfortable, disrespected or intimidated. We have the right to refuse accommodation.​

Polite notice to all guest, please keep noise to a minimum as others maybe sleeping.

Cancellations

Guests can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. You will be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel up to 7 days before arrival.

After this point, you will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Payments can be transferred to your next booking; this option is valid for 6 months.

Damages 

We kindly ask that all guests respect Little Park Holiday Homes rooms and facilities. In the event that there is any damage to the room(s) during your stay or if any items are missing from your room(s) upon your departure, we reserve the right to charge a fee in respect of such damage and/or missing items.

Accident     

Guests must report any accident or injury they or their guests may have whilst on the premises immediately. This information is needed in order to comply with health and safety and for

.insurance purposes

 

Parking and EV Charger

We have a car park and offer free car parking during your stay at Little Park Holiday Homes but we do not accept liability for any accidents, damage or losses incurred.  An EV Charger is available for an additional charge payable at the property.
